Victory Square, Museum of the Great Patriotic War

The obelisk in front of the museum is 141.8 meters tall, representing the 1,418 days of the war. A bronze figure of Nike, the Greek goddess of Victory, is mounted at a height of 100 meters, and a statue of St. George slaying the dragon stands at the base.

Sparrow Hills

Outstanding views of Moscow from Sparrow Hills known as Lenin Hills, between 1935 and 1991, is a hill on the right bank of the Moskva River and one of highest points in Moscow, reaching a height of 220 m (720 ft), or 60–70 m (200–230 ft) above the river level.
